Port Dickson, Ahoy! Another "Us" Post

Has been long since I've posted up a post on what I do on weekends and with whom I spent my time with. It's always events that I've went that you all see here, so here I am posting some pictures I took with my BlackBerry on what I did last weekend. Probably no explanation and not caption, but then again, I'm a word-whore~ Sue me =P

I just can't stop taking pictures because I want to keep them as memories to show to *blank* when they asked of us. =P

See, I told you, but I just have to tell this to the whole entire whole. Reached Port Dickson around 2 ish and as usual, all the chinese stores would be having their tea breaks already and there isn't much mamak at PD. We were kinda hungry and we made U-turns till we got fed up. So we succumbed to..

Minum Petang @ Belanga, Empire Shopping Mall

Few weeks ago, I've gotten myself an invitation to have a sesi minum petang(an afternoon tea session)at a Malay Restaurant named Belanga. It's more like a cafe with awesome Kelantanese food!

Situated right above Chillis, one floor above Chillis (if I'm not mistaken), you can see the big green welcoming sign that says 'Belanga'.

We were there quite early for the 'minum petang' and was thoroughly briefed through on what will we be expecting and the types of food with the funny names were explained to us. Thank God for them else I wouldn't have an idea to what I am eating and would be guessing away on why are they named such way lol.

The platter above with the yellow balls are called something like 'Tahi Itik'. Weird name right? The yellow balls are actually made out of egg yolks with sugar and the egg white are used to make into the white color balls, with sugar as well =)

Two long table spread of food were prepared for us to eat our hearts out. Point of view from a non-fan of Malay cuisine(let alone Kelantan cuisine), I really really love the food there and I do not mind eating my heart out at Belanga everyday!

Belanga, you got me liking Malay cuisine, well, in your case, the Kelantanese cuisine =)

Samosa. This you can probably find at the night market and nothing was really special about this Samosa but I guessed that this is part of the famous Kelantan cuisine =)

On the right is 'Anak Dara Dua Sebilik', yes weird name I know and I will explain on this later, this is one of my favorite! then the two yellow rolls are Roti Jala and that is to be savor with the curry in the small bowl and there is my cucur udang.

They say that two glutinous rice balls are in the 'chamber' which is the kuih(the white part). This is really awesome and it's sweet tasting. I'm a sucka for sweet stuffs =P

I really had my part for the day and I like the good service provided by the people there. Pretty efficient I must say =)

And to end the meal for the day, we were given choices to our coffee!

CockTail Party @ 7AteNine

This was rather an impromptu event that I've decided to go, with a whole loads of story behind it only the people that I went with, knows about. But I truly love the little time that I get to spend with Samuel and the rest of my friends that night. Weekdays are special because it's things like this that I get to see him =)

Was stated as 'Free Ice Cream' and I think we were late so there weren't free ice cream as we were charged RM100 for the below~

This is not even ice cream, it's more like jelly made out entirely of Jack Daniels wtf!

Ke$ha would love this, I bet my socks off.

This is probably the nearest to what was mentioned as 'ice cream' but it's nothing special. It's like Vanilla Sundae with syrup, yet the only edible for me that night.

This is the cocktail which is by far the worst I've had despite being a 'white mouse' for a Degree Student in Culinary Arts. Samuel does better cocktail, hats off =)

You'd think Lao Niang would pay for the bill? NO! And luckily the workers there knows of their mistakes and miscommunication among themselves and they weren't pushy about the bills and had it write off and took our coupons for it. Which were what the coupons for.

And I thought that I'm short and petite, well, never think so highly of yourself, at least not till you've meet Audrey! She's so small and petite and so cute and so down to earth. Me likes you a lot =) And thank you for the invites =)

We were most of the time upstairs as it was really packed on the lower ground. We've entertained ourselves with a bit of pole dancing and some Angmohs that can't barely dance to save their lives wtf lol!

Ya' Know, I'm A Picky Eater

Ohai November!


October was awesome as I had my weekends filled with events events and clubbing and more clubbing and late night yum cha sessions are something to miss. To those that questions, I got the love of my life back in my dull life, but like he said, I shall not hate my life because he is in it and I love him and he is my life so I should not hate my life because if I do that means I hate him.


*wtf, seriously Samuel is born to be a tongue twister RAWR*


Been really let down for the past weeks and am in the midst of some plans, plans that will change the way I lived my whole entire 20 years of life. This plans can either go good or turns out very wrong, either way, I think that I'm up for it. I don't think I want to look back in life, in another 20 years to come and sits there sighing on things that I think of but did not fulfill it and then starts to wonder how would things turned out 'if only'~


So hope for the best of me okay? And I need a steady job with income that I can survive on my own. Know any? Recommend me okay? Teehee! I live a simple life where I shop daily, I'm a heavy BBM-er with limited data plan, runs around a lot but does not own a car, freaking picky eater, me and fish don't go along and always has craves to spend thousands on ONE LV bag =)
*nah just joking, I can surpass all temptations =)*

Back to the title, I'm indeed a freaking picky eater when I wasn't so when I was younger. I still eat fish when I was younger but for the past 1 year, I just can't stand at the sight of fish. I'd have this pukerish feeling whenever I smelled one, be it cooked or not. =( This is definitely going to have a major effect to my sight =(

One thing, to anyone that wants to get me birthday present(for next year wtf), you just have to buy those pockies and pretzzies and bundle them up in a big basket then wrap it ala hamper wtf, and I would be more than happy and would choose yours as the best present compared to gadgets wtf.

Triple Birthday Celebration @ Gaja, Bangsar

On the 9/10/2010, I was invited by Jason Chan, Jeremy Choy and Michael Yip to a triple birthday celebration because they were all Octoberians. Is October a good month to give birth or what because every other day, I would have birthday parties to attend and seriously am broke for the month, including all my clubbings, yumcha sessions and outings.

Like 3 generation together wtfwtf Just joking lol!!

Jason's birthday falls on the 18/10, Jeremy's birthday falls on the 10/10 and Michael's birthday falls on the 6/10. Technically Jeremy is the star/hero/birthday boy for the day as he is celebrating his 21st! 几粒米 is finally a big boy! =)

The eating session was suppose to begin at 8p.m. but as usual, all are Malaysians and timing isn't a priority and by then I was actually dead hungry lol. As I entered the Gaja restaurant, I immediately smelled grilled lamb and I told Marilyn, "Yayy! Got lamb to eat" wtf -.- Not that I have not had grilled lamb for ages but that's like the second best thing in my food category, first is chicken meat wtf hahaha!!

As per any normal makan makan and birthday celebration, mingling around is the most that we can do and that is THE ONLY purpose =) To share, to learn and to care~ Then we had a mini game session where someone was randomly chose and they will need to do/act/say whatever the audience wants them too.

When everything ended, the few that was left are either drinking or chatting our lives away, which is what I did. Then Jason came in with an Instax camera!!! *squeals*

10/10/'10 is also a memorable day for me because he came back and everything seems to be falling back into place now. I really hope that this time, this will last. And typical as I am, I don't give others second chance, you screw it then you pay the consequences. But there's just something about you that I would want to try things all over again, no matter how the ending comes, I would have no regrets because we tried =)

Judging by the time this post is posted, it's inevitably positive that this year is yet another boring Merdeka eve celebration for me. Last year stayed at home cause Mummy say go out will get H1N1 wtf. This year... er I don't know what happened this year. I got to know that today is Merdeka early mornin of yesterday only, blur is I am *pobre*

Anyways, I was granted a night out to yumcha with two of my secondary school mate and tuition mate, who we eventually became best friends =)

We first, landed our butts here and PLEASE TELL ME THAT THE ABOVE IS EXPENSIVE! Because I feel that an Ice Jasmine Tea is so not worth RM7.50 okay!! Got 10% service charges pulak~ Wah! I confirm the next time I go there then this shop will not be there anymore. Too ridiculous okay~ After much hesitation and unwillingness to pay RM7.50 for Jasmine Tea *wtf seriously*, I excused myself and friends by saying that we will go around for a walk while waiting for the others.

Which is true as we are still calling people for the yumcha. No one turn up except the three of us.

The only once I had coffee was during my first year first semester college days where I burned midnight oil because I'm a last minute kinda person. That cuppa made me awake till I was done with my exams the next day, yet I did not feel tired at all! O.o

I really hate caffeine!

Ice Room @ Taman Shamelin

Pretty prep places that serves(at least)delicious looking food always wins my heart compared to food stalls along the road side. Yes, those at the roadside might taste mighty more delicious compare to pretty prep places but won't you all double stare at a beautifully decorated restaurant but just glances at mamak stalls along the road?

Being at my working area, it sucks that you don't drive. I have come to an understanding with myself that reheated food taste as good as fresh cooked food. And eating microwave food everyday might just lead you to cancer...Owwhhh~~ greatt~ just greatt *darks*

Today's lunch is Ice Room! By the name of it, you already can guess what were we craving for =)

Ice ice babeh~ Loll! I can so only do this kinda shit when I'm with my Mei Mei, Sarah! Yes, Sarah is working with me now! Temporary~ And when she goes and my partner goes, I'm gonna be all alone! *cries*

It took us like 10 minutes to decide on which ice to order and share, what to have for lunch, in betweens are filled with awesome gossip&bimbo talks&shiok sendiri moments. xD

Ahh.. I love her. Have to say, my best babes among all the babes I have. She's the most emo one, the most princess, the most independent, the most manja one, the tallest among all babes, the closest to me, the one who understands what i think, the one who always craved the same thing as me LOL! We must have been long lost twins right??! xD

And I ordered a Charcoal Toasted Bread which is nice but not as good as PapaRich's toasted bread. Edible, but just not as good =)

Owh, the spaghetti tasted horrible. The sauce is like er bland and shit, the noodles were sitting on a puddle of water but credits to the humongous portion and their willingness to give us a bowl of cheese powder.

They called it cheese powder! LOL!

This Is Bliss!

Not that having pork ribs are blissful BUT having SOMEONE to cook for you, now that is bliss =)

I am lucky to have that SOMEONE to do so, though he always gets the nonsensical me, Teehee, FYL Bie =p

Snickers-On-The-Run came or should i say passed by our college today and started to hand us a lot of Snickers for FREE!! Yea~ You heard me right!! FOA(Free Of Charge)

They come in real cute transportation! Although it is a Viva pulling some kinda of On-the-Run billboard but this is my first time seeing them. It is all so new to me! I was like so friggin exited and start camwhoring their car like nobody's business!!

Woot~too far away already!! I actually want to get a picture of M16 but there is this bunch of guys that have not seen M16 in real before and stood there for almost half an hour and block me from camwhoring M16!! Urrgghh~~ Missed that opportunity! Damn it you guys!
